I had a decent time and it was fun as a one-time thing, but I don’t think it was worth what I paid. Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe part of the price is just the hype around it, but it didn’t feel like something I’d spend money on again.

The place looked cool at first, but after sitting there for a while it started getting kind of warm. I also felt a bit pressured to just deal with it and not say anything, so the overall experience was just okay.

I went to Cosm thinking the dome experience was going to be a lot more impressive than it was. The huge screen definitely looked cool at first, but after a while I started noticing blurry spots, and it just didn’t feel as immersive as I expected. The seats were okay, but your view really depends on where you end up sitting, which is kind of frustrating after making the effort to get there, deal with the whole setup, and pay that much. For the price and the trouble, I wanted it to feel way more worth it. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think I’d go out of my way to go back.

I used the Cosm website first and then tried the app, and both were easy to figure out. Pages loaded fast, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find tickets or my account info. The app is clean and simple too. Checkout went smoothly, no weird errors or anything. It just Worked like it should, which I really appreciate.

I went to Cosm and, the bathroom situation ended up being one of those things I really appreciated more than expected...

There were enough restrooms around that I didn’t feel like I had to go on a whole mission to find one, and I never got stuck in some ridiculous line. The signs were easy to follow too, which is huge when the place is packed and you’re trying not to miss anything...

They were clean when I used them, which just made the night feel a lot less stressful overall. It’s not the flashiest thing to mention, but when it’s handled well, you definitely notice.....

I wanted to like it, and the app itself seems fine enough, which makes the terrible audio even more frustrating. Voices kept cutting in and out, and the bass was so muddy it kind of swallowed everything. I even tried a different pair of earbuds thinking maybe it was on my end, but nope, same issue. Hard to enjoy anything when the main thing you’re there for sounds this bad...

I went to Cosm thinking there’d be a solid mix of food options, or at least enough to make it easy to find something. But honestly... the menu felt really small. It was mostly basic snack-type stuff and just a few mains.
If you don’t eat certain things, or you’re just in the mood for something lighter, it gets tricky fast. My friend is kind of picky, and she was basically staring at the menu like... yeah, there’s nothing here I actually want.
For what the place costs, I expected more variety. The screen and whole setup were definitely cool, no question, but food-wise it was a letdown.

The fees felt fair to me. Nothing seemed inflated or out of line, that’s all most people are looking for, clear pricing that makes sense for what you’re getting

The tickets weren’t exactly cheap, but after going, I felt like the price was fair for the experience. Everything was really enjoyable, and I left feeling like we got our money’s worth. I’d definitely go again

The place itself is cool, and the huge screen setup is definitely the main attraction. Everything looked clean and modern, and the seating was comfortable enough, so no real complaints there.

That said, the whole experience felt a bit uneven. Some moments were fun, but other parts felt more like I was watching a tech demo than actually having a night out. I also had to ask a simple question beforehand and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t exactly start things off on the best note. The crowd energy was just okay too, not bad, but not as lively or welcoming as I expected.

pretty frustrating, honestly. the pages take forever to load, and sometimes i just end up staring at a blank screen. i tried it on wifi and on mobile data, but it was the same either way.

i only wanted to look around and check a few things, but it kept logging me out or throwing random errors. maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it felt really unreliable and not worth the headache.

Parking was alright overall, but getting out after was a bit slow. I’d guess it took longer than it should have, maybe around 15 minutes or so.

I booked these seats thinking the view would be decent, but once we got there it just felt kind of awkward and partly blocked. I don’t know if it was just where we ended up sitting or what, but I kept having to shift around to see properly. Made it harder to get into the show, honestly. For what we paid, I expected a bit better.

Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like if you’re sitting there for any decent amount of time, it’s fair to expect a little more support. Not awful, just not as comfortable as I was hoping

The drinks were decent, but a little pricey for what you actually get. The food looked way more impressive than it tasted, which felt a bit misleading. It wasn’t bad, just nothing I’d go out of my way for. Service was fine, no real complaints there. Next time, I’d probably eat somewhere else first and just stop in for a drink

The staff were really helpful with getting us seated and making sure access was sorted. It felt very relaxed the whole time, and they were basically like, “Don’t worry, we’ll help you get settled,” which made everything much easier. No stress at all.

I had a really good time at Cosm. The event felt like it was timed just right, not too long and not rushed either. Somehow it went by fast, which I guess means it was paced well, even though that sounds kind of backwards. Had enough time to get settled and actually enjoy everything. I’d definitely go again.

I got helped faster than I expected, and the whole thing was smooth, overall.

The staff was nice and helpful once I actually got ahold of someone, so I’ll give them that. But getting answers took longer than I expected, which got annoying after a while. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of a rough process and a bit frustrating overall.

I had to cancel my booking, the whole thing was more stressful than it needed to be. The refund did come through after a few days, but I don’t get why it had to take that long or why support was so slow to respond. If they actually replied faster, I wouldn’t have been sitting there worrying about my money. It worked out in the end, but they really need to do better.
